James Brannon, PA-C

Kevin is a native of Dothan and attended Rehobeth High School. Following graduation, he attended UAB on a baseball scholarship and graduated with a degree in Biology. Kevin also received a degree in Biomedical Science from Auburn University. Kevin returned to UAB for graduate school and received his masters in Surgical Physician Assistant Studies in 2007. Prior to joining Southern Bone and Joint Specialists in January 2017, he practiced in Orthopedic Surgery for nine years. Kevin’s area of interest is sports medicine and joint replacement. He is a member of the Alabama Society of Physician Assistants.

When Kevin is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and their two children, hunting, fishing, helping on the family farm, and supporting Auburn athletics.
